Fee Schedule
Version 2026-09-06.2 · Effective September 6, 2026 · Kyle Tysvaer d/b/a Revenue Rx
One question sets the price: how big is the job? The schedule in force at the recorded time of your order is the one that applies to that order; a later schedule changes a running Department only as section 14 of the Service Terms says. The words in bold have the meanings given there.
1. The three doors
| Door | You pay | When |
|---|---|---|
| Rendered — you bring the job, we build the room | At order: a fixed fee set by the Band in section 2, plus any add-ons in section 4 — no close fee. Or On the Close: nothing at order and 5% of the Contract Sum when it Closes, Interior Complete included, by qualification (a Deferred Bid Package) | Your choice at order, fixed at Delivery. |
| Sourced & Rendered — we bring the job and build the room | 5% of the Contract Sum on a Sourced Close. No minimum, no ceiling. Interior Complete included. | On the close. Nothing at order. |
| The Department | $7,500 a month base, plus 3% of the Contract Sum of every Sourced Close during the term — the seat buys the close fee down from 5% | Monthly in advance; the close fee on the close. Six-month minimum term. Exclusive territory. Every Bid Package, Interior Complete, and the Portal included. |
A Sourced Lead is a Client we brought you — through a capture point we built or operate for you, or handed to you in writing before you had a live opportunity with them. A Client already in your pipeline, already known to you, or introduced by anyone else is not one, and your own records govern a dispute. A Sourced Lead is always on the Sourced & Rendered door; it is never priced by the Band. Sourcing, and the On the Close election on your own job, are open only to a builder we have qualified in writing as Qualified — licensed and insured, a trading history and public reputation we have verified, a credit and payment-history check passed, and current on what is owed to us.
2. The Bands — Rendered
| Contract value of the job | Fixed fee for the Bid Package |
|---|---|
| Up to $100,000 | $299 |
| $100,000 to $500,000 | $750 |
| $500,000 to $1,000,000 | $2,500 |
| $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 | $5,000 |
| $5,000,000 to $20,000,000 | $15,000 |
| Over $20,000,000 | Quoted in writing before work starts |
Each edge is inclusive at the top: a $500,000 job is in the second Band. The fee buys the Bid Package — the formatted estimate built from your numbers, one rendered exterior view of the Client's actual house or lot, the Room, and two revision rounds. Interior Complete matches the Band fee, and the other add-ons in section 4 stack on at the same price in every Band, so a $1,840,000 home is $5,000 as a bid and $10,000 with Interior Complete.
How the Band is set. By the total of the estimate you supply at Complete Intake — your own numbers, in our template. If that total changes Band before Delivery, the fee moves with it and the difference is charged or refunded at the recorded time of the change. The Band does not move after Delivery, whatever the job closes at.
3. The close fee — Sourced & Rendered, and Rendered On the Close
| Term | What it is |
|---|---|
| Close fee | 5% of the Contract Sum on a Sourced Close — a Bid Package we produced for a Sourced Lead that Closes — or on a Deferred Bid Package that Closes; 3% on a Sourced Close where your Department term was current at the Bid Package's recorded Delivery. Never owed on a Rendered Bid Package paid at order. |
| Minimum | None. |
| Attribution tail | 24 months from the recorded Delivery of the Bid Package. |
| Due | The earlier of your first draw under the contract and 30 days from its execution. |
| Live at a time | Three Bid Packages across Sourced & Rendered and On the Close together; a slot reopens when a bid Closes, is lost, or expires. |
| Delivery | Three business days from Complete Intake on Sourced & Rendered; five On the Close. Interior Complete is included on both. |
4. Add-ons
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Interior Complete — six interior rooms at photographic quality plus a 30-second fly-through. Priced like the exterior: the same as the Band fee for the job in section 2. Included on Sourced & Rendered, On the Close, and on the Department | $299 to $15,000 by Band; quoted over $20M |
| A single interior room, or an additional exterior view | $750 |
| The Portal — a separate build in your brand, two years' hosting, automated job-site photo feed, nightly progress updates. Included on the Department | $1,595 |
| 48-hour rush delivery | +$750 |
| Plan sets over 12 sheets, additional buildings, or unusual structural complexity | quoted before work starts |
5. Change orders
Two revision rounds are included in every Bid Package. After that, and for anything outside the package as ordered:
| Change order | Price |
|---|---|
| New drawing or plan change that changes geometry | $1,500 |
| Same plan, different view or camera | $750 |
| Numbers re-sent after the estimate is formatted | $375 |
| Logo or brand swap after theming | $375 |
| A third revision round | $375 |
| Reopen a job idle 14 or more days | $375 |
One printed price per change order, whichever door you came in through.
6. Paying
- Printed prices are card prices. Pay by bank transfer — ACH or wire — and 3% comes off any one-time amount, because it costs less to accept. The Department base is card only.
- The Rendered fee, add-ons, and the Portal are paid at order — On the Close, nothing is paid at order but the add-ons other than Interior Complete. The Department base bills monthly in advance. Close fees are invoiced on Close. Change orders are charged when confirmed.
- Prices are in United States dollars and exclude sales and use tax where it applies.
- Every amount on this schedule is payable to Kyle Tysvaer d/b/a Revenue Rx. Payment is processed by our payment processor through the Insightful Eye account; your card statement and receipt read Insightful Eye, the parent practice behind Revenue Rx.
7. What is not on this schedule
There is no First Bid Room, no setup fee, no monthly seat, no flat Bid Package price, no minimum per Closed Bid, no seat threshold, no close fee on a job you brought and paid for at order, no Credits, no packs, and no four-week billing. A Bid Package paid at order is priced by its Band and nothing else; one On the Close is priced by the close fee and nothing else. If a page, a reel, or a document you were handed shows any of the above, it predates this schedule and this schedule controls from its effective date. A written proposal addressed to you controls over this schedule where the two differ.
