Why the pyramid
Foundation before expansion. Always.
The model enforces what the engagement enforces: Scale stays locked until Systems is built; Exit stays locked until Scale is online. That isn't a gimmick — it's the build order that keeps growth from being stacked on sand, and it's why the forecast compounds instead of spiking and dying.
