Electronic Records and Signatures

Everything between us can be done electronically: the order, the documents you accept, the services agreement, and — where a room offers it — the letter of intent, design agreement, and construction agreement a builder and their client sign inside it. This page is the consent that makes those electronic signatures the same as ink, and it says what we record when one is made.

1. Your consent

By ticking the box at checkout, creating a login in the client portal, or signing anything inside a room, you consent under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in your state to:

receive every notice, disclosure, agreement, receipt, and record from Kyle Tysvaer d/b/a Revenue Rx ("Revenue Rx") electronically — on the site, in the portal, in a room, or by email to the address on your account — rather than on paper; and
sign electronically, and be bound by an electronic signature you make, exactly as you would be by a signature in ink.

A signature made by typing your name, drawing it, clicking a button labelled as a signature, or ticking a box next to words that say you agree, on a page that identifies the document and its version, is your signature.

2. What we record when you sign or accept

For every acceptance and every signature we record: the document and its version id and content hash; the time, in UTC; the name and email you signed under; the network address and browser the signature came from; and, for a document executed inside a room, the room, the parties, and the contract sum stated in it. The record is stored with the order or the room and is kept for as long as section 8 of the Privacy Policy says. On request from a party to the document we provide a copy of the record, and of the document as it was at the version and hash recorded.

That record — not a page on this site, which changes — is what either of us produces if the question of what was signed ever comes up.

3. What you need

A device with a current web browser, an internet connection, a working email address that you keep current on your account, and the ability to view and save or print PDF files. If you can read this page you have what you need. If those requirements ever change in a way that would stop you reaching your records, we will tell you before the change.

4. Paper copies

You may ask for a paper copy of any record at any time by email to kyle@revenuerx.agency. We send it by post within ten business days at no charge for the first copy of any document, and at the cost of printing and postage after that.

5. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by email to the address above. Withdrawal takes effect at the recorded time we receive it and applies going forward: it does not undo anything already signed or accepted, and it does not affect any document already delivered electronically. After withdrawal, orders and agreements between us must be made on paper, which is slower and may delay work, and contracts inside a room can no longer be executed there — a builder who withdraws must execute their client contracts outside the room, and section 10 of the Service Terms then applies.

6. Keeping your email current

Notices to the email on your account are delivered when we send them, whether or not you read them. Update your email in the portal, or tell us by email, when it changes. A bounced or unmonitored address is not a defence to a notice.
