Version 2026-09-03.1 · Effective September 3, 2026 · Kyle Tysvaer d/b/a Revenue Rx
Use what we run for what it is for: the site to read and to reach us, the portal to run your account, a room to bid your own jobs to your own client. Do not break it, scrape it, share a login to it, or put anything in it you do not have the right to put there.
1. Where this applies
This policy applies to revenuerx.agency, the client portal, every room we host, every file you upload to us, and every system Kyle Tysvaer d/b/a Revenue Rx ("Revenue Rx," "we," "us") operates for you under an order. It is part of the Terms of Service and the Service Terms. If you break it, section 4 says what happens.
2. The site
Do not scrape, crawl at volume, mirror, or bulk-download the site. Do not probe, scan, or test the security of it or of anything we operate — if you have found a vulnerability, email kyle@revenuerx.agency and we will thank you. Do not use the site to send us malware, spam, or automated submissions. Do not attempt to reach areas of it that are gated. Do not use its contents, including the published specimen documents, to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model; section 3 of the Terms of Service says so in full.
3. The portal and the rooms
Your login is yours. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else act through it. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised. What is done through your login is done by you.
Rooms are for your bids. A room is for presenting your own bid to your own client for the project it was produced for. Do not use one to present someone else's work as yours, to bid a project you are not licensed to build, or to solicit for anything but that job. Do not remove, obscure, or alter the "Built by Revenue Rx" mark.
Only what you have the right to upload. Every drawing, photograph, brand asset, number, and document you upload or place in a room must be yours to use for that purpose. That includes drawings prepared by an architect or designer, which come with their own licence, and photographs of a client's property, which come with the client's permission. Do not upload anything under someone else's confidentiality obligation.
Nothing we are not built to hold. No personal health information, no payment card numbers, no government identification numbers, no financial account numbers of a client. Our forms do not ask for them and our systems are not built to hold them. A construction contract does not need any of them.
Your client's information. You are responsible for having the right to place your client's name, property, and project in a room, and for telling your client what the room is. Do not put in a room anything about a client that you would not put in a proposal you handed them on paper.
Nothing unlawful, and nothing abusive. Do not use a room, the portal, or any system we operate to break a law, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or threaten anyone, or to misrepresent who you are, what you are licensed to do, or what you are selling.
Do not overload it. Do not run automated tools against the portal or a room beyond what a person clicking would do, and do not attempt to bypass a rate limit, a link check, or an access control.
4. What happens
We may remove content, suspend a login, take a room dark, or end an order or these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity, for a breach of this policy. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it first. We will always tell you afterwards. A suspension for breach is not a breach by us, and it does not refund anything the Refund and Cancellation Policy does not make refundable. Where the law requires us to report something, we will.
5. Reporting
To report abuse of a room or the portal — a room that should not exist, content that should not be in it, a login that is not yours — email kyle@revenuerx.agency. We answer within two business days.
